There’s divided opinion about Coronavirus risks, anyway here’s some of my top antiviral nutritional supplement suggestions if you want added protection.
  • Zinc (if you are even a little deficient your immune system is at risk for not being able to clear pathogens. A quality brand and type of zinc is important here, I use a couple but Thorne picolinate is good).
  • Niacinamide
  • Vitamin A (highly antiviral, dosage is key with this supplement, just be careful if pregnant)
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin D (only needed for some)
  • Lysine
  • Plenty of sleep (Infection-fighting antibodies and cells can reduce during periods when you don’t get enough sleep. If you have problems sleeping, contact me if you want help).
Dosage varies so much on the individual and their requirements, so it’s impossible and unsafe to list recommended dosages unfortunately.
Other optional supplements include iodine, vitamin E and NAC. Infrared saunas are also highly antiviral. Not all of these would be needed and not all of these supplements are tolerated by everyone.
