My general approach

  • Depending on your issues; The gut, colon, liver, lymph, vitamins, minerals, overall diet, lifestyle, sleep, exercise and toxins are all taken into account. My plans will include gentle support in all of these aspects, where needed.
  • I will aim to give you a clear nutritional plan, ideas and goals to fit your lifestyle. I will also suggest suitable recipes.

My own experiences

I have had various health issues including infertility, autoimmunity, food intolerances, H pylori, histamine issues, palpitations, brain fog, fatigue, dizziness, candida and many digestive issues. Conventional medicine has been unable to help many of these symptoms.

I am now free of many of these symptoms, having addressed nutrition, finding the root causes and healing the body as a whole.

After several miscarriages over five years and much health and nutrition research, we finally had our little boy.

I am passionate to help others, the way I have been helped through nutrition.
